Experience

Ryan Wilborne has experience with numerous markets, including healthcare, higher education, government, commercial mixed-use, and multifamily residential. Mr. Wilborne has performed new construction design, condition assessments, forensic investigations, repair design, and field performance testing of a variety of construction types and building enclosure systems, including masonry cavity wall, masonry mass wall, terra cotta, metal panel, metal siding, glazed-aluminum curtain wall, window wall, storefronts, and roofing and waterproofing.

Mr. Wilborne is actively involved in building enclosure consulting and commissioning services, including peer review, design assistance, and construction phase observation and troubleshooting. He chairs the BEC Research Triangle Chapter.
