Having an outdoor rooftop amenities space is changing from a luxury to a requirement for most buildings. While this conversion often increases value and occupancy, it comes with its own set of challenges. There are several typical items to consider during the design phase that will improve the overall success of renovating a traditional roof area to a modern rooftop amenity terrace.
