Jeff M. Simmons

Experience

Jeff Simmons specializes in the building enclosure assemblies of a broad range of building types, including high- and low-rise multifamily, office, hospital, and education facilities. He is experienced in various cladding systems, including portland cement plaster (stucco), masonry, fiber cement siding, composite metal panels, glazed aluminum and vinyl window systems, and panelized cladding systems. Mr. Simmons has experience in multiple roofing systems, including single-ply, multi-ply, shingle, and metal roofing.

Before joining WJE, Mr. Simmons worked for a multifamily general contractor as a field superintendent and project manager of new multifamily construction projects throughout Texas. His understanding of the Texas multifamily labor force and associated costs of construction provides him with a unique insight into construction manager contract services, construction evaluation, forensic investigation, and new and repair design.
