Jacob G. Starks

Experience

Jacob Starks joined WJE in 2023 and has worked on a variety of projects on parking garages, bridges, and foundations. His projects have concentrated on assessment and repair of concrete structural and foundation systems, involving structural analysis, load testing, nondestructive testing, and laboratory sampling and testing.

Prior to joining WJE, Mr. Starks completed his graduate degree with an emphasis on specialty cement concrete mix design, prestressed concrete, and slab-on-ground foundation systems.
