Declet Awarded 2018 US/ICOMOS Murtagh|Graham Prize
WJE Associate Nicole Declet was recently awarded the 2018 United States National Committee of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (US/ICOMOS) Murtagh | Graham Prize for her paper titled “Testing and Evaluation of Soil Based Grouts for the Adhesion of Consolidated and Un-Consolidated Painted Lime Plaster at the Mission of San Jose de Tumacacori.” US/ICOMOS annually awards the Murtagh | Graham Prize for outstanding student scholarship in the area of historic preservation technologies. Nicole joined the Chicago office in April as an associate with a bachelor's degree in environmental design from the University of Puerto Rico and a master's degree in historic preservation (building science) from the University of Pennsylvania.
