Experience
Thomas Brady has investigated problems and failures in a wide variety of structures, many of which have been designated as historic landmarks or listed on the National Register of Historic Places. His projects have included investigations of distressed and deteriorated cast iron, brick, stone, and terra cotta building facades and their underlying supports. Mr. Brady has also investigated masonry walls, roof decks, exterior sealants, and high-rise stone cladding. Mr. Brady has performed structural analyses to determine specific factors of collapses, stabilize damaged structures temporarily, and determine the adequacy of building components for recladding loads. He has also designed and coordinated facade repairs, including total recladdings, high-rise sealant replacement, structural modifications, and stone panel anchorage.
