Experience
Sarah Woodley focuses on historic preservation and repair and rehabilitation in her various projects. Her experience in historic preservation includes facade assessment, condition surveys, and the preparation of construction documents for repair implementation. Ms. Woodley also has expertise in new construction, including building enclosure commissioning, construction observation, and water intrusion testing.
Before joining WJE, Ms. Woodley worked in the construction industry as a field engineer and estimator, where she was involved in overseeing interior and exterior historic preservation fieldwork. As an estimator, Ms. Woodley performed extensive scope analysis that required a broad understanding of construction materials and processes.
