Michael Groditski

Experience

Michael Groditski joined WJE in 1992. His primary area of expertise is in the field of roofing and waterproofing materials and systems, having worked in the roofing industry since 1973. Prior to joining WJE, Mr. Groditski worked as a roof consultant with Rooftech Consultants, Inc., in Denver, Colorado, for seven years. He previously worked for several commercial roofing contractors. His experience has been gained by more than forty years of installing, supervising, and evaluating roofing and waterproofing projects.

Mr. Groditski has performed numerous evaluations and investigations of roofs and waterproofing systems on commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential buildings. This work includes condition surveys, failure analysis, roof moisture surveys, construction document preparation, construction administration services, and litigation support. In addition to his experience in roofing and waterproofing, Mr. Groditski has performed investigations of moisture infiltration in various types of building facades.
