Christopher A. Martinez

Experience

Christopher Martinez is experienced in a diverse range of condition assessments. His projects include the investigation and repair of various structural materials, including concrete, masonry, light-gauge steel, and wood. He has experience assessing roofing and various facade systems, including brick, cementitious parge coats, curtain walls, EIFS, stucco, glass fiber-reinforced concrete, precast concrete, storefronts, and terra cotta.

Mr. Martinez is also helping to advance WJE’s capabilities related to state-of-the-art technology, including but not limited to the use of digital photogrammetry to document existing structures. He has experience with animation, 3D modeling, basic programming, high-resolution and drone photography, point cloud models, and rendering.
